“There are some crazy corners in there,” said Owner Randy Price of the Triangle Building.
The upscale eatery has one existing Colorado location on Larimer Square.
Wayne Conwell opened the Platte Street restaurant in 2005, and shuttered it last month.
“There is little likelihood of confusion” between the eatery and the exclusive golf course, he determined.
Jared Leonard no longer owns the building where Campfire Lakewood operates, but says sales are stable across his four eateries.
“We got absolutely destroyed by Covid … All my customers are broke and I’m broke and all our costs have tripled.”
The company, which also opened in LoHi in August, is getting into the drive-thru business.
