The Hyatt House was BMC Investment’s first development outside Cherry Creek.
“It took us longer than we hoped to see enough leases in place to make us feel comfortable.”
“Candidly, the Clayton has not done as well as we wanted it to,” Joblon said.
It’s part of Matt Joblon’s Cherry Lane project.
“This will be the anchor for Cherry Creek.” Bank OZK provided the $286 million loan.

The company opened in 4,800 square feet this week.
