Denver is the 19th city where Sonder operates rooms. The company has taken over a former hostel.
CEO: “The brewery experience is very dynamic. A table could start with two people, then grow to 10, and then two different people will be all that’s left.”
Craig Baute: “Too many coworking spaces focus on selling offices, and they’ve lost sight of the individual, being the remote worker and the freelancer.”
While most of its rivals, like WeWork, lease their spaces, Novel Coworking is all about owning. This is the company’s second Denver buy.

“On these digital marketing platforms, everything is fronted by an image, all flying by in a quarter of a second on Facebook,” co-founder Frank Cardello said.
ScaleFactor has 12 employees locally and expects to increase that to around 100 within a year.
Owner and CEO: “This is a great neighborhood. We think that neighborhood is going to be what RiNo was a couple years ago.”
The company is “still feeling the impact” of a 2017 subscription rollout gone bad, its new CEO acknowledges.
