“The peer review process takes weeks and weeks, and sometimes more than a month,” LightTable’s CEO said. “We can do it in 30 minutes.”
The accelerator program expected to start in about a year will again give Techstars, which left in 2024 for New York City, a presence in Colorado.
The offer is a 14% premium over Inspirato’s closing stock price on Thursday.
The “mutual decision” comes after an accusation of self-dealing and a $39 million bid for Inspirato from Exclusive Resorts.
