Marlowe’s closed in late December after 36 years at 501 16th St.
Four Corners purchased the 2903 Larimer St. lot in February and plans to incorporate the existing structures into a larger restaurant building.
The original one has operated on Pearl Street in Platt Park since December.
“Ghost kitchens are becoming a thing, especially in places in Chicago and New York City,” said Jenn Hier, Nextbite Brands co-founder.
Gelato Boy, which previously operated its Boulder stores under a different name, is preparing to open a second Denver location.
