The 1920s-era structure, which will soon house an Old Chicago Pizza, has 36,441 square feet of retail space. That makes the deal worth about $700 a square foot.

A building on one of the properties was home to Italian restaurant Piatti for 27 years until it closed last month.
The takeout locations will be in Glendale and Longmont, and the sit-down eateries will open in Central Park and Westminster.
Aloy Thai Eatery at 211 E. 7th Ave. will have a limited menu and be smaller than Aloy’s locations in Boulder and RiNo.
Uchiko is a more casual Japanese concept than Uchi, which has operated in RiNo since 2018.
