“There are houses averaging over $600,000 that can’t stay on the market for more than a few days, and then downtown, you have condos that aren’t selling or having to drop their prices,” said Lori Greenly, an agent with Denver-High Rise Living.
The 6,658-square-foot home owned by the late art collector and philanthropist next to Cranmer Park was purchased from her trust for $3.5 million.
