The Urban Land Conservancy, which develops affordable housing, acquired two parcels adding up to 7,010 square feet, or 0.16 acres.
Homes in Denver and Castle Rock, which each sold for $5.5 million, also made the top five.
The change in the northwest part of the city applies to about 1,400 residential parcels that are at least 4,500 square feet.
The mixed-use project, with 130 dwellings and 7,755 square feet of ground-floor retail space, would replace the building previously occupied by Local 46.
The move came one day after three residents filed a notice indicating they planned to ask the city to designate the building a landmark.
“We set out to build the index fund for your house,” said Flock Homes co-founder Ari Rubin.
The median home prices for both single-family homes and condos broke records last month with highs of $519,000 and $339,425, respectively.
