The Balafas brothers will buy the site along Colorado Boulevard after the grocery store moves.
Cemco’s Denver real estate “will likely get sold to the Broncos,” a broker on the deal said.
The sale by Burnham Yard fits a pattern of nearby purchases that can be linked to the team.
“This is new age,” said Sean Sjodin, who decreased vacancy at 6000 E. Evans Ave. midway through buying the property.
Pub on Pearl’s last day will be Sunday.
“Our rent essentially will go back into supporting public schools. That’s a really important feature for us,” CEA President Kevin Vick said.
“I’m a sucker for saving old stuff,” said local developer Nathan Beal, who will also building several homes on the lot.
Nearly 200 Snowflake employees are based in Denver.
