“This bank was started in 1987 and this is the largest bad loan in the history of our bank,” said the lender pushing the sale.
“It’s risky. It’s always risky,” the developer said of developing on transit agency land.
On Park Avenue, meanwhile, Procession will take over Jubilee’s 700 square feet within Asterisk.
“It’s going to be like this little jewel box, illuminated,” Marcia Mueller said of one aspect of the project.
“The building stock itself is really nostalgic and appealing, it’s charming,” Jeremy Zidell said of the retail corridor.
