SNJK Inc. purchased 211 E. 7th Ave. in Denver — home to Counter Culture Brewery, Wild Taco and Aloy Thai — for $3.6 million from Elevation Development Group, acting as 7th and Sherman Development LLC.

Bannock Partners LLC and Clarkson Arms LLC purchased 20 multifamily units at 1440 Clarkson St. in Denver for $2.6 million from 1440 Clarkson Street LLC. Hunter Schaefer of Northpeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson of NorthPeak represented the buyer.

PMB and Montgomery Street Partners are developing a 365,000-square-foot life sciences project called Coal Creek Innovation Park in downtown Superior. Plans call for three office/lab buildings ranging from 85,000 to 150,000 square feet, and a fourth building with ground-floor retail, amenities and structured parking. Nelson Udstuen and Erik Abrahamson of CBRE are leading leasing efforts.

78 Bishop St LLC purchased 3.75 industrial acres at 5600 Emerson St. in Denver for $3.6 million from 5600 Emerson St LLC. The buyer intends to create individual contractor storage yards for lease. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the seller.

Dream 17 Tattoo leased 874 office square feet at 32156 Castle Court in Evergreen. John Becker represented the landlord.

Homies LLC leased 1,467 flex square feet at 2180 S. Ivanhoe St. in Denver. Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the landlord.

ISG Franchise leased 1,473 flex square feet at 2180 S. Ivanhoe St. in Denver. Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the landlord.

Oakview Shops LLC purchased the 6,071-square-foot building occupied by Sola Salon Studios at 2731 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster for $2.4 million from Country Club Village Two LLC. Cobey Weiss represented the buyer.

Paf Investments LLC purchased eight multifamily units at 1695 Joliet St. in Aurora for $1.1 million from Jeffrey Alan McCaffery Jr. Barton Thompson and James Few represented the seller.

Wapos Cantina leased 3,558 retail square feet at 524 Brigg St. in Erie. Brian Frank represented the tenant.
