November’s top home sales in the Denver metro include the priciest deal of the year in Cherry Hills Village, an Evergreen home on 15 acres and a Cherry Creek penthouse that sold for the second time in less than a year.
The top sale was 4603 S. Denice Drive in Cherry Hills, which sold for $17 million — the priciest deal of 2025 to date in the Denver metro.
The 22,000-square-foot home on 2 acres was originally listed by Chuck Gargotto and Jason Weisgerber of Kentwood Real Estate DTC in April for $20 million. It was ultimately purchased by 4603 South Denice Drive LLC on Nov. 20.
The seller, Happy Hound Property LLC, bought the home for $5.3 million in March 2016, took the house down to the studs and rebuilt it. The six-bedroom home has 11 bathrooms and an elevator.
Based on MLS data, here are the next four most expensive home sales in the Denver area for November:

Details: This 9,300-square-foot, 6-bedroom, 10-bath mansion sold for $100,000 over its list price.
The Vision Design Build home features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a limestone fireplace and white oak floors. The primary suite, two additional bedrooms and an office are located in a private wing.
It also has a one-bedroom guest suite above the four-car garage, along with a fully finished lower level that includes a family room with a fireplace, a bar, a screening room, two bedroom suites, a flex room and a gym with an infrared sauna.
Mark and Heather Yeager, who purchased the new construction home for $8.3 million in October 2024, listed it for $9.2 million Sept. 30. It went under contract Oct. 7.
Buyers Robert and Amy Martin closed on the purchase Nov. 6.

The home, constructed in 2011, features vaulted ceilings and stone wall accents. It also has an indoor pool, outdoor patios, a sports court and a half-mile of groomed trails. A carriage house includes living quarters and four parking spaces.
The Steven R. O’Brien Revocable Trust, which purchased the mansion in August 2024 for $7 million, listed it for $8.8 million June 25. The trust dropped the price to $8.5 million a month later and reduced again Aug. 12 to $8.1 million.
The mansion went under contract Oct. 26, and buyers Nate Haskins and Kendall Hommel closed on the purchase Nov. 4.
