WeWork surrendered possession of its floor in The Hub in July, according to a lawsuit. Its location there closed in early 2021.

“This isn’t a space to be another sea of multifamily,” one executive said. “It’s an amenity desert,” another added.
“We grow a lot of varieties that most people haven’t heard about, because they don’t have good shelf life, so grocery stores don’t carry them,” said a co-founder of Farm & Market.
“We faced a lot of hurdles that in the end with this space we just weren’t able to overcome,” the founder said.
“Building from scratch for us was the only option,” said Marla Yetka, co-owner of Bigsby’s Folly.
The business did $1 million in its first year.
The company has spent $100 million on real estate in the neighborhood and plans to redevelop nearly a full city block.
Before the TV station leased 2323 Delgany St., WeWork did. But the coworking firm never opened there.
