The firms led by Rhys Duggan and Churchill Bunn are partnering in Berkeley, the Golden Triangle, Union Station North, and another unnamed site.
“I think we’re going pretty deep into a recession and I think it’s going to be drawn out, unfortunately,” BMC Investments CEO Matt Joblon said.
The firm planning an entirely new neighborhood in Denver also can think small.
