A 1.2 million-square-foot manufacturing facility on 152 acres will replace the beverage giant’s facility in RiNo, which sold to a developer last month.
The deal works out to about $5.3 million an acre, or $120 a square foot. The buyer intends to redevelop the site but has not submitted plans to the city.
A sale could close by the end of this week, according to a broker working the deal.
The $400 million, 1.1 million-square-foot facility on 150 acres would replace the company’s existing bottling plant in RiNo, which it put up for sale last year.
