The company has been sued nearly 40 times since last year, racking up allegations of theft and fraud from jilted banks, contractors and property owners.
“Vendors cannot be paid and payroll is locked,” says a lawyer for Service First Permits.
One owner is said to be eavesdropping on emails, the other running a scheme named for a 90s band.
The developer says the tech giant, which calls his lawsuit “baseless,” owes him at least $6 billion.
“I don’t know if he was wrongfully accused,” says David Anthony’s former lawyer.
Ian Bell, 35, faces 18 charges. The SEC says he “lost all investor money that he traded.”
In July a new CEO the company is facing significant financial challenges and unable to pay all bills.
Iterate says Andrew Wichern and his wife “used the company’s accounts as their own personal ATM.”
