Little Bear Saloon was sold in 2023 to co-owners who are already locking horns.
The seller hopes to move the well-known restaurant’s building across the street.
The new ownership group includes the owner of a nearby restaurant.
“The buyer needs to be someone like me of 30 years ago,” the seller said.
After three years, Pinecrest Ridge is largely unbuilt. A receiver may take it over.
Known as Thunder Ridge, the 22,864-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms and 16 bathrooms on 1.3 acres.
The restaurant’s real estate off I-70 was bought last week by developers Travis McAfoos and Jack Buchanan.
