Embrey now owns the bulk of a block along Colfax Avenue, where it will build a seven-story, 370-unit complex called The Finch.
“It’s an extremely busy street, and I think the overall vibe really fits with our brand,” said Jason Beld, the Dave’s Hot Chicken franchisee.
