“This is really being driven by the continued office demand we’re seeing in Cherry Creek,” BREG CEO Doug Wells said.
CEO Lee Mayer said RiNo was a “rising star in the city” before the COVID pandemic but “it just didn’t feel exciting or vibrant like it used to.”

The developer reached the deal with landowner Barry Hirschfeld.
“This is not an easy decision or one that we take lightly,” a spokesman for the area’s largest banking chain said.
“I think the Crowther house is one of those that is aching to be saved from the wrecking ball,” said Commissioner George Dennis.
“The amount of leasing velocity that we’ve witnessed in Cherry Creek is incredible,” said Dan Huml, who plans to develop a five-story building.
