Kodiac’s space in Centennial is being marketed for sublease.
Cascades will be the sixth building in the southern suburbs to enter receivership in the past year.
The Office Social Club, which claimed it was “the largest adult-themed venue in the state,” no longer operates at 6886 S. Yosemite St.
Boston-based Starry came to Denver in 2019.
Centennial apartments fetch $115 million, a gym leases at Stanley Marketplace, and Cap Hill retail space sells for $3.6 million.
“I had to create the whole layout since … architects weren’t really clear on the vision,” said co-owner Jimmy Bemis.
“Anything an 80-year-old can do for fitness, a 25-year-old can do with a beer in their hand,” said Robert Thompson.
Colorado World Resorts and its owners have a recent history of stalled projects, including a planned condo complex in Avon.
