The building’s owner said on Facebook that the tattoo shop he owns next door will be moving in.
The company said it reached out to landlords about restructuring leases, and “We were unable to reach an agreement with our landlord in Westminster.”
It opened in 2010.
Chase Bank already operates at the corner, which is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter.
“We still really believe in the neighborhood,” said Patrick Henry, who now controls the retail space within Kairoi’s Park 17 complex.

It fills the space where Bocaza Mexican Grille operated for more than two decades.
