The nation’s third-largest owner of apartments bought the block in January for $15 million.
The buyer is Denver-based Daydream Apartments, a company founded last year that calls itself “an entirely new concept for the apartment market.”
It’s the latest acquisition for RedPeak, which now owns about 2,850 units in Denver and Glendale.
Janet Elway bought the seven-bedroom home several years after divorcing the Broncos legend.
Jerry and Barbara Glauser are selling the home, per property records.
The developer hopes that companies ultimately will sign on the dotted line for many of the units.
The company trying to unload the property enlisted architect Don Ruggles to “compose a fairy tale” after buying the land in the 1980s and 1990s.
“I think it’s a rare opportunity for somebody who wants lifestyle without the oversized mansion,” the current owner said.
