The five-bedroom home on Vine Street is about to hit the century mark.
The property owner paid $3.5 million for the 1.1-acre site last October.
“Three-bedroom condos in Denver is just unheard of,” said the agent listing the residential units.
The seven-bed, nine-bath mansion is just over 8,100 square feet and sits on 1.28 acres.
The buildings were sold by Illinois-based Inland Private Capital, which paid $18.8 million for them in 2015.
The five-story residence hall, expected to house 500 freshmen, is one of three new buildings expected to open in fall 2020.
The 17,586-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and seven fireplaces.
The buyer is currently building a condo project in LoHi, and plans to construct an office building in the Golden Triangle.
A city official ruled Wednesday that Garth Yettick’s mansion in Country Club isn’t his primary residence. Yettick recently listed the property for sale.
