There’s good news for caffeine-seeking lawmakers.
The new owner says he’s still deciding between vertical development and keeping the existing building on the site.
The 0.22-acre lot along Champa Street has a single-story retail building on it.
The developer bought the site for a combined $6.8 million last summer.
“It’s just a new chapter for us,” said Scott Tobias, CEO of parent company Voice Media Group.
Alto Pharmacy is familiar with the neighborhood.
“We don’t anticipate breaking ground for another year,” said Lenny Taub.
It will fill the space previously occupied by Northside Bronco Stop and Esmey’s Gift World.
The venue is planned for 2763 Blake St., according to its Facebook page.
The company also told the state it plans to lay off all 202 employees at its Niwot headquarters by April 7.
