“There’s direct competition with the Family Dollar right next to us,” the owner said. “It’s been a struggle since the landlord had them come in last year.”

Park Hill Commons is being developed by Denver-based HM Capital.
Harbinger Development paid $17.5 million in August for 650 17th St. But its website indicates it struck another deal before that.
The company purchased the site in 2015 and opened the eight-screen theater two years later.
The purchasing entity lists a Mexico City office address.
The restaurant will continue operating, according to the buyer.
