The business previously operated in RiNo and Ballpark.
BMC Investments purchased the site from Western Development Group.
The restaurant, which started as a food truck operation, opened in 2011.
The site currently is home to a large industrial building.

The coffee shop has operated along Santa Fe Drive in Overland for three years.
The new location will be on Tennyson Street in Berkeley. But the business still will be called South Broadway Country Club.
