“We want to be the food hall in the suburbs for all the 45-year-olds with two kids that still want to go to Avanti but can’t drag the whole family down there,” Nick Costanzo said.
The location at 2845 Walnut St. will be just the second brick-and-mortar showroom for RevZilla. The other is in Philadelphia, where the company is based.
“As soon as I have the permits, I’ll demolish it,” said Lenny Taub of First Stone Development, which purchased the property earlier this month.
