The city is buying the Denver Post building. Two decades ago, it bought the Rocky Mountain News building.
They are the city’s third and fourth hotel deals since August.
The newspaper, which left the building years ago, has been subleasing the space to the city and others.
The building’s developers confirmed the deal that BusinessDen reported last month was in the works.
EVOO Marketplace still has locations in Littleton and Aspen.
