“The company is getting to a level that I felt it was important to have other eyes on the business,” said BruMate founder Dylan Jacob.
Backyard Soda’s CEO said the small kitchen and warehouse space will give the company the chance to create new flavors and produce seasonal drinks.
“Our sales are at about 40 percent right now, and it’s been somewhat sustainable. But winter is coming,” said co-owner Niya Gingerich.
Owner Corina Lindley said she feels good about her other locations but customer demand is low right now because of the pandemic.
The buyer, who also owns a deli in a Boulder business park, said she and her daughters live in Denver and have been wanting to open a business here.
