The Minneapolis-based chain’s 30,000-square-foot space at the Exchange at Boulevard One complex will be about a quarter the size of the retailer’s typical stores.
“The neighborhood is already knocking on the door and getting excited for us to come here, which makes me want to work harder,” co-owner Brett McNamee-Hooper said.
“The winter months ahead are going to be some of the most difficult that our industry has ever seen,” a letter to Brightmarten’s customers reads.
Zanzibar Billiards, which was shut down by the city in August, has refused to vacate its space, according to its landlord.
Emergy, BruMate and Truewerk were among the 36 Colorado companies that raised $124 million last month, down nearly $90 million from last year.
Options include the hot lemongrass beef bahn mi and a “Pho Roll,” essentially a spring roll wrapped in a pho noodle.
Sales in Denver and Englewood rounded out the top five, and the least expensive was $3.4 million.
Tee time reservations for the renovated and reopened course become available at midnight. They go fast.
“We don’t want to replace trainers or coaches,” an Exer Labs co-founder said. “We want to augment what you do with the person in real life.”
