A year-old retailer is running out of Northwest Denver.
The Denver Run House is closing up shop at 3832 Tennyson Street after a little more than a year in business.
The space is up for lease and available immediately, Atlas Real Estate Group broker Nick Bishop said.
“People go down to Tennyson to shop, so for a retail business, that’s what you’re looking for to be successful,” Bishop said. “It’s also an up-and-coming area and property values have really jumped in the Highlands and Sunnyside neighborhoods.”
The Denver Run House opened its doors in June of 2013, and founder Patrick Colleran is closing the business, which sells all things running, later this month.
The Run House building, an 86-year-old home near Tennyson and 38th streets, was previously home to a bakery.
