The first branch of the Fourth Corner Credit Union will open soon at Tremont Place and Colfax Avenue.
Fourth Corner will be the only chartered credit union to serve the cannabis and hemp industries. Other institutions have feared federal money laundering charges if they do business with the marijuana industry. There is no concrete opening date yet for the credit union, and the Tremont and Colfax location is the only branch so far.
