Blush Studios leased 1,500 square feet at 12652 W. Ken Caryl Ave., Unit B in Littleton. John Livaditis represented the tenant.

Il Porcellino Salumi leased 1,631 square feet at 4034 Tennyson St. in Denver. John Livaditis represented the tenant.

An unnamed buyer bought 7.56 acres at 7100 Wadsworth Blvd. for $3.05 million. Greg Knott, Brad Gilpin and Zach Smith represented the seller in the transaction.
