Oak Coast Properties purchased the 252-unit Retreat at Water’s Edge apartment complex at 9999 E. Yale Ave. in Denver for $54.5 million from Griffis Blessing. Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment of Newmark represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Tennessee-based Mid-America Apartment Communities purchased 26.92 undeveloped acres at the southeast corner of Central Park Boulevard and Northfield Boulevard in Denver for $39 million from FEI Holdings. Eric Roth and Martin Roth represented the seller.

Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deals:

Olive Tree Building LLC purchased the 24-unit Olive Tree Apartments at 2550-2560 Ogden St. in Denver for $4.85 million from Olive Tree Apts LLC. Jason Koch represented the seller. Nik MacCarter and Brandon Kaufman represented the buyer.

STSE LLC purchased the six-unit multifamily property at 1568 Vine St. in Denver for $1.03 million from Merman Properties Inc. Nik MacCarter and Brandon Kaufman represented the seller.

Denver-Leach LLC purchased the 10-unit apartment complex at 2751 W. 28th St. in Denver for $1.74 million from Steven W. Smith. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the seller.

Ogden McHenry Family Trust purchased 4114 E. Bromley Lane in Brighton, currently leased to Grease Monkey, for $1.53 million from SCF RC Funding IV LLC. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey represented the seller.

W.P Carey Inc. purchased three industrial manufacturing facilities and adjacent laydown-yards totaling 994,000 square feet in Winter Haven, Florida; Belvidere, Illinois and Fayetteville, North Carolina for $51 million from Denver-based Kodiak Building Partners. Kodiak acquired the real estate as part of its acquisition of Carpenter Contractors of America and leased the properties back as part of the sale. Nicholas Nasharr, Nick Rice, T.J. Smith and Brad Calbert of Colliers represented Kodiak.

921 Capital Management LLC purchased 11,270 industrial square feet at 2622 Raritan Circle in Englewood for $1.55 million from Crescent Moon Leasing LLC. Matt Keyerleber and T.J. Smith represented the seller.

North Shore II LLC purchased 8,000 industrial square feet at 5980 W. 59th Ave. in Arvada for $1.225 million from SC&F Holdings LLC. Tim Shay represented the buyer.

Environmental Seeds West leased 21,302 industrial square feet at 490 E. 76th Ave. in Denver. David Hazlett and T.J. Smith represented the landlord.

Great White Bottling Inc. leased 14,751 industrial square feet at 6950 W. Jefferson Ave. in Lakewood. Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.
