Paris Crepe has said au revoir to the Berkeley neighborhood.
The eatery at 3926 Tennyson St., which served both sweet and savory crepes, has closed. It opened in late 2018, replacing Whit’s Frozen Custard, which operated for a little over a year.
Paris Crepe still has a location in Colorado Springs.
The restaurant’s former unit — along with the adjacent 3930 Tennyson St. unit, previously home to furniture showroom Highlands Design Resource — are being marketed for lease by Jeffrey Feldman, Sam Zaitz and Lorenzo Harris of JLL, according to a LoopNet listing. Each unit is 2,200 square feet.
The building is owned by Charlotte, North Carolina-based Asana Partners, which has spent $6.9 million in four deals along the retail corridor since June 2019.
