Oakmont Properties purchased Caliber at Flatirons, a 288-unit apartment complex at 13872 Del Corso Way in Broomfield completed in 2019, for $90.72 million from Greenwood, Indiana-based The Garrett Companies. Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the seller.
Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:
NG Tower LLC purchased the newly constructed 13,300-square foot building at 18471 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver, currently leased to Natural Grocers, for $6.86 million from EVC-WDG Tower LLC. Cory Gross represented the buyer and seller. The store is set to open in the coming weeks.
