It’s hard to miss “LoDo’s best kept secret.”
That’s the phrase that appears on signage posted on the fences surrounding the construction site for The Fitzgerald, the 11-story apartment complex going up in the 1800 block of Market Street.
Work is underway on the block-long building’s seventh story.
The project is being developed by South Carolina-based Greystar Real Estate Partners, which paid $20.75 million for the 1.15-acre site in August 2018.
The site previously was a parking lot.
Here are some photos of the site taken late last week, as well as a rendering.
