Hampden Ave. in Denver (376 units, Arvada Village at 5839 Pierce St. in Arvada (264 units), Arvada Green at 7569 W. 72nd Ave. in Arvada (108 units), Waterfield Court Apartments at 3499 S. Uravan Way in Aurora (482 units), Skyline Apartments at 8849 Pearl St. in Thornton (464 units), Santana Ridge Apartments at 1355 S. Galena St. in Denver (384 units), Ten30 at 1030 E. 10th Ave. in Broomfield (209 units) and Ten49 at 1049 E. 9th Ave. in Broomfield (213 units).
