The five-bedroom and 6 1/2-bath house at 255 N. Gaylord St. hit the market for $3.85 million this week.
Built in 1937, the home was updated in 2016 to include his and her master bathrooms, a wine room and a finished basement, according to listing agent Heather Ehret-Faircloth with Kentwood Real Estate. A kitchen upgrade was also done at the same time.
Robert and Maureen Feduniak own the home, public records show. The pair have made about $900,000 playing poker in the last two decades, according to CardPlayer.com.
