Additional tenants have been named for a “wellness marketplace” coming to the Highlands.
A spokeswoman for marketplace Nurture said that Hydrate IV Bar, Glow Body and Sun Organic Spray Tanning, and The Conscious Merchant will be among the businesses operating within the 20,700-square-foot facility coming to 2949 Federal Blvd.
A Nurture-owned Himalayan salt cave and infrared sauna also will be available for use, the spokeswoman added.
The tenants join cycling studio Rhythm Revolution, which will be one of two fitness studios that serve as the project’s anchor tenants. BusinessDen reported in March that the studio had closed its Park Hill location in preparation for the move to Nurture, where it will take up 1,000 square feet.
Nurture is set to open in early 2020, the company spokeswoman said, filling a two-story building that once housed a school. The company purchased the building in December for $6.1 million, with plans to bring together office and retail tenants in the beauty, health and fitness sectors under one roof.
The Nurture location will the fifth for Hydrate IV Bar, which already operates in Cherry Creek, the Highlands, Bonnie Brae and Boulder. The shops are staffed by registered nurses who hook customers to an IV that drips a mixture of saline, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream.
Glow Body and Sun also operates a Cherry Creek location at 2804 E. 6th Ave., per its website. The business offers spray tans that are organic, free of artificial preservatives, colors and fragrance, and haven’t been tested on animals. Its website shows that a full-body tan costs $40.
The Conscious Merchant is currently running a pop-up shop through Oct. 13 at Free Market, a 11,000-square-foot marketplace located within LoDo’s Dairy Block. Its website describes the business as an eco-conscious retail store, selling items such as home goods and cosmetics.

Thanks for the great article. I am moving my acupuncture practice to Nurture and am grateful for all the press we are getting. Looking forward to getting an IV when it opens!
