Griffin Capital Company and Legacy Partners purchased 4.52 acres at 1363 N. Victor St. in Aurora for $6.5 million from Citywide Banks, for a planned 363-unit apartment project. Wade Fletcher represented the seller.

NorthPoint Development purchased 185 acres at the confluence of I-70, E-470, Colfax Avenue and Picadilly Road in Aurora for the planned mixed-use development Stafford Logistics Center. Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith and Alec Rhodes represented the seller.
