The owner of Cobalt Off Broadway, the first coworking space to pop up within Englewood city limits, has put his Cherry Hills Village home on the market.
The 8,100-square-foot mansion at 1120 E. Tufts Ave. is listed at $4.5 million.
Despite being firmly in the seven figures, the home is one of the least-expensive listings in the affluent municipality south of Denver. Last week, a 17,500-square-foot mansion at 4949 S. Fairfax St. hit the market for just shy of $10 million. And in February, the owner of the ViewHouse bar and restaurant chain sold his 18,000-square-foot estate at 4 Cherry Hills Park Drive for $8.2 million.
Address: 1120 E. Tufts Ave.
List price: $4.5 million
Stats: The seven-bed, nine-bath mansion is just over 8,100 square feet and sits on 1.28 acres.
The finer things: The two-story Cherry Hills Village estate comes with a professionally landscaped backyard complete with an orchard, vegetable gardens and a pool pavilion.
The French doors lining the back of the home lead into a 1,600-square-foot basement that features a home theater, bedroom and bathroom. All seven bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite, and the master suite boasts a balcony overlooking the property.
A one-bed, one-bath guest house with a kitchenette and its own fireplace sits atop the estate’s five-car garage, and six more fireplaces are dispersed throughout the property.
Seller: Grant and Marie Whiteside, according to Arapahoe County records. Grant Whiteside founded, and still owns, Cobalt Off Broadway, Englewood’s first coworking space. Records show he and Marie Whiteside purchased the home in 2006 for $3.96 million.
Listing agents: Peter Blank and Carmelo Paglialunga of MileHiModern
