A recent real estate deal puts the value of a 16th Street Mall shopping center at more than $100 million.
Denver Pavilions sold for $106.2 million last month, city records show, just days before the Denver Post reported MetLife Real Estate Investors bought a stake in the 351,000-square-foot property.
The deed was recorded on June 30, and the buyer was an LLC that lists its address as MetLife’s San Francisco office. An entity of Clarion Partners was the seller listed on the document. Clarion previously co-owned the Pavilions with Denver-based Gart Properties.
Gart Properties still maintains its ownership stake in the Pavilions, the Denver Post reported. The company bought the Pavilions in July 2008 for $94.5 million.
