The southwest corner of 11th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Capitol Hill has changed hands.
1081 Investment LLC paid $3.1 million last week for the vacant buildings at 40 E. 11th Ave., as well as the 0.22-acre parking lot behind it at 1075 and 1081 Lincoln St., according to county records.
The entity is affiliated with Regas Christou, who owns and operates nightlife venues The Church Nightclub, Bar Standard, Club Vinyl and Milk Bar, all of which are located within a block of the parcels that just sold. Another Christou venue, The Living Room, closed in September.
Christou or a related party own the buildings where those businesses operate, along with the office buildings at 1045 Lincoln St. and 1155 Sherman St.
Christou did not respond to requests for comment.
The 40 E. 11th Ave. parcel has two structures on it, one of which is one story, the other two stories. Printing shop Sir Speedy was the most recent tenant, but has been gone since at least mid-2017.
The property was sold by Fairfax Associates LLC.
