The 2-year-old home at 6 Lynn Road sold Nov. 30 for just under $4.9 million, according to Arapahoe County records. It originally was listed in May at $5.2 million.

Buyer: Stephen and Morgan Smith
Seller: Jenifer Marx, who bought the plot of land in 2013 for $1.4 million, according to records. Listing broker Sean Larkin said the house construction wrapped up in 2016.
Architect: Larry Cohen, president of LGC Architect. Cohen’s website said he designed the house to be a “new contemporary farmhouse,” set far back from the road to “subtly elevate the home (and) capture the beautiful vistas of the Front Range from Pikes Peak to Mount Evans.”
