Real estate services firm Newmark Knight Frank announced Wednesday that it has acquired two Integra Realty Resources offices, including the one in Denver.

Integra Realty Resources provides commercial real estate research, valuation and advisory services. In a news release, NKF said the acquisition is intended to further develop the firm’s valuation and advisory practice.

“Expansion of V&A services is a critical component of our full-service platform and part of our commitment to provide comprehensive services to match our clients’ expanding real estate requirements locally, nationally and internationally,” NKF Regional Managing Director Kevin McCabe said in a statement.

IRR’s Denver office has 23 employees, according to the release. Staffers will continue to work at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave.

The other office involved in the transaction is in Pasadena, California.

Brad Weiman, senior managing director and majority partner of Integra’s Denver and Pasadena office, joins NKF as a senior managing director and as market leader for the Rocky Mountain states region.

NKF previously acquired eight other IRR offices around the country. The company said its valuation and advisory practice headcount has increased from 30 to 400 employees in 55 locations across the country in just under 1½ years.
