Academy Mortgage rented an additional 2,635 square feet at 300 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Cullen represented the tenant.

Centennial Resource Development LLC leased 32,923 square feet at 1001 17th St. in Denver. Dan McGowan, Mike Rooks and Tim Bourdelais represented the tenant.

Radiology Imaging Associates leased 8,533 square feet at 6169 Balsam Way in Littleton. Dan McGowan, Mike Rooks and Tim Bourdelais represented the tenant.

HealthTrust leased 1,327 square feet at 340 E. First St. in Broomfield. Terrence Pace represented the tenant.

First Industrial Realty Trust bought 181,348 square feet of industrial space at 20901 E. 32nd Parkway in Aurora. Carmon Hicks, Jason White and Mitchell Zatz handled the transaction.

Blue Lion Salon Studios leased 9,000 square feet of retail space at 1265 Sgt. Jon Stiles Dr. at Highlands Ranch Town Center in Highlands Ranch. Matt Writt handled the transaction.
