Spire Digital, one of Denver’s oldest software development shops, purchased 940 Lincoln St. from Sprocket Design Build on May 23. Spire plans to expand the original 1961 office to 8,500 square feet, courtesy of architecture firm NEO Studio.

Sprocket, meanwhile, has moved its office to 730 Kalamath St.
