Revelstoke Capital Partners has named Eric A. Shuey as an operating partner. Shuey sits on the board of directors of Revelstoke portfolio company Encore Rehabilitation Services and previously was a senior executive at Fresenius Medical Care. His private equity experience includes a director role at the private equity arm of Deutsche Bank and principal at Aurora Capital Group. He has an MBA and Ph.D. from the Wharton School of Business.

Law

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has hired Don Kortz to join the firm’s real estate department as counsel. Kortz recently retired from Cushman & Wakefield and was the inaugural president and CEO of the Rose Community Foundation. He is a law school graduate of the University of Denver.

Bold Legal has hired Adria M. Dillon as founder and senior corporate paralegal. Dillon comes to the firm after 10 years at Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, bringing with her a background in corporate and securities law. She holds a B.A. from Colorado State University. Bold Legal is a business and transactional law firm with offices in Denver and Boulder.
