Previously a sushi spot and pizza place on the edge of Cap Hill, a Lincoln Street retail building is looking for new tenants.
The 5,300-square-foot former home of restaurants Attivo Libre and Opal is back on the market. Sanborn & Co. listing agent Mark Valente said he’s marketing the space for a new ownership group at about $28 per square foot, in hopes of bringing in two or three new eateries.
“It’s had a great history of restaurant tenants,” he said about the building at 100 E. Ninth Ave. “But we would be open to any kind of retail or office use.”
The space is divided into two restaurant storefronts. Italian restaurant Attivo Libre had about 700 square feet, Valente said, and Opal had the other 4,500 square feet. The Opal space has two separate kitchens, and could be divided between a pair of new tenants.
It’s unclear when Attivo Libre left the location. Valente said Opal served its last piece of sushi and rolled out within the last month.
